About the role
As a Client Manager you will be the primary liaison between Siemens Energy’s service solutions and key customers in the Compressors and Steam Turbines segments of the Industrial and Oil & Gas markets. You will drive customer satisfaction, expand market visibility, and support the delivery of digital solutions for rotating equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships at all organizational levels to gather market intelligence and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet defined targets and identify new business opportunities in Distributed Generation and Oil & Gas markets.
- Analyze customer contracts, perform risk assessments, and prepare for negotiations.
- Forecast sales opportunities and revenue using Salesforce CRM while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate sales activities across product competence centers, regional hubs, project management, logistics and supply‑chain teams.
- Support the deployment of digital solutions for rotating equipment and mobilize field service engineers for on‑site work.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical studies, or comparable sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the energy or industrial sector, preferably servicing rotating equipment.
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts, conduct risk analyses and achieve sales targets.
