Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our sales team and drive net‑new revenue across major and metro markets. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting value propositions, and closing deals that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background research on potential customers and discuss supply‑chain requirements with decision‑makers.
• Analyze customer needs and develop customized pricing and value propositions.
• Maintain regular communication with managers, sales peers, and cross‑functional teams to support lead generation and joint sales calls.
• Navigate internal processes to coordinate solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Produce and present competitive and strategic pricing using strong negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and other departments to address issues and support revenue growth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including moderate overnight travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Four years of B2B sales experience, or two years of B2B sales experience within the company.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving, and self‑motivation.
