Sales Development Representative (Outbound) – US

About the role

SOCRadar is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to join its US team. As an SDR you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, driving the early stages of the sales process and building the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential US clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media and networking events.
• Qualify leads to ensure fit with SOCRadar’s target market and value proposition.
• Communicate product features and benefits, acting as a trusted advisor during early sales stages.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, including C‑level executives, IT managers and security professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and support strategic campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
• Meet and exceed targets for lead generation and qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales development, business development or lead generation, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to achieve targets consistently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
