Client Growth Consultant

About the role

Vensure Employer Solutions, a provider of HR/HCM technology, managed services and business process outsourcing, is looking for a Client Growth Consultant. The role focuses on cross-selling products and services to the existing client base, increasing client satisfaction, value and retention while driving revenue and profitability. It sits in the Client Growth Sales Division, which helps drive the company's revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a defined product and service portfolio to existing clients.
• Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Client Relations team.
• Gain access to key stakeholders in client accounts and identify their critical business needs.
• Create compelling cases and communicate the value of Vensure's products and services.
• Lead deals through the full sales cycle, including post-sale implementation.
• Negotiate scope, price and contracts, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Stay current on industry trends, product capabilities, competition and best practices.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• 2-3+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, prospecting and developing channel partners.
• Experience selling to business owners or the C-Suite.

Required skills

• Foundational experience with Challenger, Sandler or similar sales methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and attention to detail.
