Client Experience Associate

About the role

As a Client Experience Associate you will work from home answering inbound calls for a variety of client businesses. You will capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and communicate with customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, live chat, and relay calls, handling standard answering, active response, appointment setting, and legal intake.
• Capture leads, process orders, schedule appointments and send follow‑up messages to clients.
• Maintain high performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, ready %, and after‑call work time.
• Adhere to a fast‑paced schedule with back‑to‑back calls, primarily between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm PT.
• Participate in two weeks of paid training followed by 8–12 weeks of live‑call development.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, upbeat tone.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.
