Bilingual Client Experience Associate

About the role

Join AnywhereWorks as a Bilingual Client Experience Associate and work from home answering inbound calls for client businesses. You will capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, live chat, and relay calls, handling standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, appointment setting, and legal intake.
• Capture leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients.
• Maintain performance metrics such as quality, accuracy, ready %, and after‑call work time.
• Adhere to attendance tracking and reliability standards.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Warm, upbeat tone with a genuine interest in helping people.
• Dependable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
• Strong computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.
• Residency in one of the eligible U.S. states and full availability for 40 hours per week.
