Client Executive, Business Insurance

About the role

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Client Executive for its Business Insurance team in Greensboro. The role develops relationships with clients, prospective clients and carriers, and advises clients on complex risk-related business issues, drawing on expertise in Loss Sensitive and Captive programs. It also guides the marketing, servicing and retention of larger accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, prospective clients and carriers
• Serve as advisor and consultant to clients, assessing risks and offering innovative solutions to complex risk issues
• Demonstrate expertise in Loss Sensitive and Captive programs
• Guide the marketing, servicing and retention of larger accounts
• Determine the resources needed to support clients and prospects, such as Claims, Risk Control, Executive and Professional Liability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in business or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment
• P&C insurance license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Completed CPCU, CIC, ARM and/or AU designation, or equivalent knowledge and ability
