Client Account Director – Amazon

About the role

As the Client Account Director for Amazon, you will own the commercial and strategic relationship with one of TELUS Digital’s most critical clients. You will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data operations, and enterprise account management, driving growth across Amazon’s AI, Alexa, AWS, and machine‑learning organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Deepen, expand, and protect TELUS Digital’s footprint within Amazon’s AI ecosystem.
• Lead end‑to‑end AI data lifecycle projects, from collection and annotation to validation, fine‑tuning, and model evaluation.
• Manage complex, multi‑disciplinary engagements covering Generative AI, robotics data, search & ads data, and off‑the‑shelf dataset libraries.
• Collaborate with Amazon stakeholders to define strategic road‑maps and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Serve as the primary commercial owner, negotiating contracts and ensuring revenue targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, strategic enterprise accounts, preferably in technology or AI domains.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine‑learning workflows, including data annotation, model fine‑tuning, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across senior leadership.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote or distributed environment.
