CLC Compounding Manager

About the role

Alcon is seeking a CLC Compounding Manager to lead a production team at its manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The role focuses on ensuring productivity, quality, and safety while aligning daily operations with departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, meeting schedule, volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales and other functions to develop production schedules and allocate resources.
• Drive performance management, talent development, associate engagement and a strong safety culture.
• Plan and manage production line maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead or participate in quality investigations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations, SOPs and accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 13 years, Associate + 9 years, M.S. + 2 years, PhD + 1 year).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX with up to 10% travel.
