Class A Team Driver – Home Every Week

About the role

RLC is seeking experienced Class A Team Drivers to operate 53’ van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers enjoy a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule and competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers on scheduled routes.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and adhere to all DOT regulations.
• Complete pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Ability to pass physical, drug screen and road test.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Experience with doubles/triples, tanker, and haz‑mat endorsements (preferred).
• Ability to lift, bend and stoop without difficulty.
