Class A CDL Hazmat Driver – Deming, NM

About the role

CTI is seeking experienced Class A CDL Hazmat drivers to transport sulfuric acid and ammonium nitrate products to mines and aggregate sites across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. The position offers local and regional routes with a focus on safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver hazardous materials in pneumatic and tanker trailers.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and adhere to FMCSA, MSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Operate manual 10‑speed trucks when required and handle trailer hatches and bottom valves.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tank endorsements (double/triple preferred).
• At least 23 years old with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Minimum 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience; extended training may be provided for less experience.
• Valid DOT physical, authorized mine site access, and ability to pass drug and controlled substance tests.
