Key responsibilities

• Handle premises, auto, labor law 240, and other general liability cases.
• Participate in trial work, with trial experience preferred.
• Collaborate closely with shareholders and associates to develop case management skills.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in civil defense or general liability litigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with general liability matters such as premises, auto, and labor law 240.
• Trial experience (preferred).
