Child Autism Therapist (Entry-Level)

About the role

Join BTA as a Child Autism Therapist (Behavior Technician) to provide one‑on‑one, play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children aged 3 to 16. Work in both in‑home and in‑center settings on evenings and optional weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and collect session data.
• Facilitate skill development through play, movement, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for each child.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to help children achieve their goals.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license, personal car insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to sit, stand, crouch, and work on the floor throughout the day.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
