About the role
Join our team as a Behavior Technician (BA) to support children with autism in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The position is part‑time, hybrid (in‑home and in‑center), with flexible afternoon and weekend hours.
Required profile
- Passion for working with children and helping others
- Bachelor's degree required
- Availability on Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to pass a background check
