Chief Revenue Officer, North America

About the role

A global digital asset infrastructure business, with more than $20B in transaction volume and backing from leading global investors, is building regulated infrastructure for stablecoins, digital assets and cross-border payments. It is recruiting a Chief Revenue Officer to lead commercial growth across North America and LATAM, with a hybrid setup in New York City or Miami.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional revenue strategy, new business acquisition and account expansion.
• Build and lead the sales and customer success organisation across the US, Canada and LATAM.
• Personally close high-value enterprise deals with banks, fintechs, payment providers and financial institutions.
• Develop strategic go-to-market plans, pricing and commercial models.
• Build senior-level client relationships and turn partnerships into sustainable revenue growth.

Required profile

• 12+ years in enterprise sales across fintech, payments, crypto, stablecoins or digital asset infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading a revenue organisation and building sales functions from the ground up.
• Strong track record of closing complex institutional deals.
• Established network across US financial institutions and either Canada or LATAM.
• Executive-level commercial judgement and the ability to lead strategically while remaining hands-on.
