Chief Revenue Officer

About the role

Indiana Sports Corp is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead the next chapter of revenue growth and execute its 2050 Vision of making Indiana the global epicenter of sports.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the overall revenue strategy, including a capital campaign.
• Lead corporate partnerships, sponsorship, business development and other revenue‑generating activities.
• Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
• Deepen relationships with existing partners and expand those relationships.
• Develop creative partnership platforms tied to events, initiatives, and the 2050 Vision.
• Establish clear revenue goals, forecasts, metrics and accountability across the function.
• Collaborate with events, marketing, strategy and executive leadership to integrate revenue opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing revenue team.
• Serve as an external ambassador with CEOs, senior business leaders, sports executives and community partners.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in sports, entertainment, events, sponsorship, partnerships, fundraising, media or hospitality.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and participation in a successful capital campaign.
• Expertise in building and negotiating major partnerships.
• Ability to build credibility with senior business leaders and drive execution.
• Experience leading, coaching and holding development teams accountable.
• Comfort operating where revenue, mission and community impact intersect.
• Collaborative leadership style and strong financial acumen.
