Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Strategic Finance Leader

About the role

SyberJet Aircraft is entering a critical growth phase and seeks a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to shape its financial strategy, lead fundraising, and support aircraft development, certification, and production scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for aircraft development, certification, production ramp, and long‑term profitability.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising activities, including venture capital, private equity, government grants, and defense funding.
• Build investor materials, negotiate term sheets, and manage relationships with institutional investors, banks, and strategic partners.
• Establish and lead the finance organization (FP&A, accounting, treasury, investor reporting) and implement scalable financial systems and controls.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, cost accounting for aircraft production, and program‑level financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and coordinate audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading financial strategy and capital‑raising initiatives for complex, high‑technology programs.
• Ability to work closely with the CEO, board, investors, and senior leadership to secure funding and drive disciplined financial management.
• Hands‑on leader comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
