About the role

The client seeks a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead a healthcare portfolio company through its next growth phase. This senior executive will partner closely with the Board and private‑equity sponsor to shape strategy, drive performance, and create long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plan.
• Oversee all operational, financial, and organizational functions.
• Collaborate with the Board and private‑equity investors on value‑creation initiatives.
• Accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and champion operational excellence.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high‑performing leadership team.
• Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities such as acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Foster a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability and results.
• Represent the company to customers, investors, and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience (CEO, President, General Manager, or similar).
• Proven track record in healthcare services or related sectors.
• Experience guiding businesses through growth, transformation, or private‑equity ownership.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing $2M‑$15M EBITDA companies.
• Ability to work effectively with boards, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
