Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Global Luxury Skincare

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead RéVive™’s global luxury skincare brand. The CEO will drive brand strategy, oversee North American operations, and expand our international presence.

Key responsibilities

• Take full charge of global brand asset management and promotion, ensuring consistent brand positioning, visual identity, service experience, and pricing worldwide.
• Oversee all aspects of the North American market, including channel planning, expansion, operations, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute sales and profit‑growth strategies, leading teams to meet performance targets.
• Manage and empower agents in markets outside China, establishing an efficient overseas distribution system.
• Build and lead an international team, enhancing talent development, operational processes, and cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Ensure operational compliance and be accountable for overall business results.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the multinational beauty industry.
• Proven track record managing brands with annual revenue exceeding $150 million.
• Leadership experience with teams of more than 10 people.
• Global perspective with deep understanding of high‑end luxury brand assets and the differences between Eastern and Western skincare markets.
• Strong brand awareness and strategic vision.
