Chief Executive Officer – Capital Raising & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our AI‑powered InsurTech startup. The CEO will drive capital formation, forge strategic partnerships, and scale our North American operations while representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting accredited high‑net‑worth individuals in the US, Canada, and internationally.
• Own all investor communications, build a robust capital pipeline, and close equity rounds.
• Identify and cultivate high‑value relationships with carriers, TPAs, MGAs, brokers, and law firms.
• Assume full P&L responsibility for North America and set strategic direction.
• Build and lead the senior executive team.
• Act as brand evangelist at conferences, media appearances, and industry events.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closing significant equity investments from high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Active network of accredited investors.
• 5+ years of senior management experience or equivalent executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel to or work in a hybrid environment with New York City.
