Channel Manager, Commercial Planning

About the role

Bradshaw Home is seeking a Channel Manager to drive profitable growth across key retail accounts and channels. You will translate consumer, category, and customer insights into actionable strategies that improve sales, distribution, assortment, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit growth across assigned retail channels and customer accounts.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations for assortment, pricing, promotions, and commercialization strategies.
• Support new product launches and customer programs from planning through execution.
• Analyze POS, customer, and market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Build compelling business reviews, line reviews, and customer presentations.
• Partner cross‑functionally to align business objectives and execute growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, category management, sales operations, commercial planning, or a related function.
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or a retail‑focused environment.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and communicate insights effectively.
• Proactive, business‑minded approach with a bias for action.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience working with syndicated data (e.g., Circana, IRI) and customer POS data.

• Annual salary range US$80,000 – US$90,000.
