Channel Management Lead – Omni‑Channel

About the role

Bosch Power Tools North America is looking for an experienced Channel Management Lead to drive strategic planning and execution across its omni‑channel distribution portfolio in North America. You will work with major retailers such as Lowe’s, The Home Depot and Walmart to grow sales, profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales growth and profitability targets for key retail partners.
• Develop and implement tailored channel strategies to increase visibility, conversion and market share.
• Create go‑to‑market plans and processes for new product launches across omni‑channel customers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, finance and supply‑chain teams on retailer‑specific initiatives.
• Elevate the Bosch and Dremel brands through promotional planning and assortment optimization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel management or omni‑channel sales.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Willingness to work near a strategic hub (Mount Prospect, IL; Charlotte, NC; or Atlanta, GA) with a minimum of three on‑site days per week.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering growth in a retail environment.
