Channel Account Manager – French Speaking

About the role

The Channel Account Manager (French Speaking) will be responsible for managing Owl Labs’ most strategic channel partners and direct market relationships (DMRs). Working closely with partner leadership and sellers, the role focuses on driving engagement, productivity, and partner‑led revenue through structured enablement, business planning, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a focused set of Owl Labs’ most strategic channel partners, building trusted relationships with partner leaders and sellers to increase engagement, productivity, and partner‑led revenue.
• Identify barriers to partner productivity, ask thoughtful questions and develop remediation plans tied to measurable business impact.
• Deliver in‑person sales and technical enablement to improve partner readiness, confidence and adoption of Owl Labs products and programs.
• Collaborate with partner sellers to articulate Owl Labs value propositions and help them understand where Owl Labs wins.

• Highly autonomous, grounded and collaborative professional.
• Strong communication skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Willingness to move the business forward and solve complex partner challenges.

Required skills

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and English.
• Experience managing channel or partner relationships in a technology environment.
• Ability to conduct sales and technical enablement sessions.
