Channel Account Manager (French Fluency)

About the role

Odoo is seeking a Channel Account Manager with professional French fluency to strengthen and expand its network of implementation partners. Based in Brisbane, CA, the role combines on‑site training with remote collaboration to help partners sell, implement, and support Odoo’s suite of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation methodologies.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes, performance, and project delivery.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with sophisticated partners.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and partnership expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs.
• Implement cross‑functional processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Streamline communication among partners, internal teams, and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional or native‑level French fluency.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑changing environment and start immediately.
