Channel Account Manager – French Fluency

About the role

Odoo is seeking a Channel Account Manager with professional French fluency to join our partner ecosystem in Brisbane, CA. In this hybrid role you will act as a trusted advisor to implementation partners, helping them sell, implement and support Odoo’s suite of business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Train partners on effective Odoo sales and implementation methodologies.
• Coach partners to improve sales processes, performance and pipeline management.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages for end customers.
• Negotiate software requirements and agreements to meet partner and customer needs.
• Streamline communication between partners, internal teams and customers.
• Contribute to customer‑centric strategy development and process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Professional or native French fluency.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
