Channel Account Manager - Central Florida

About the role

ABB is hiring a Channel Account Manager for its ELSB and ELSP sales in Central Florida. The role reports to the Sales Manager and covers the sale of products, systems and services within a designated market, in line with division strategy. It is a remote position with office access to the Lake Mary location, and the candidate must be able to travel regularly between Orlando, Lakeland, Daytona Beach and Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities and build relationships with local channel partners.
• Communicate delivery times, payment terms and general conditions to customers in line with ABB's offering.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Train channel partners on products and processes and support them with regular in-person visits.
• Analyze territorial sales potential, develop sales strategies and manage administrative procedures, cash collection and project management where needed.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, build long-term strategic alliances and promote service offerings to drive customer NPS.
• Provide management with ongoing competitive intelligence on pricing, policies, product development and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or high school diploma with 4+ years, in sales or sales support.
• Ability to travel regularly between Orlando, Lakeland, Daytona Beach and Melbourne.
• Work authorization to work in the US.

Required skills

• Adeptness with Microsoft Office Suite platforms.
• Collaboration in cross-functional teams.
