About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) based in Miami, FL. The CPA will handle complex individual and business tax returns while leading international tax compliance and cross‑border planning projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Manage international tax compliance, including Forms 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 3520, 3520‑A, FBARs, FATCA, and related reporting.
• Analyze GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, and PFIC matters.
• Provide client advisory services and strategic tax planning.
• Conduct financial analysis for high‑net‑worth individuals and businesses with domestic and international operations.

Required profile

• Active CPA license.
• Strong experience in U.S. tax preparation and international tax compliance.
• Knowledge of the specific tax forms and reporting requirements listed above.
• Ability to manage complex international tax matters and communicate directly with clients.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in public accounting or international tax advisory preferred.
