Certified Nursing Assistant – Immediate Hire

About the role

AVIR Health Group is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who thrives in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring comfort, dignity, and the highest quality of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on nursing assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, medication reminders, and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records and follow all safety and infection‑control protocols.
• Collaborate with the care team to create a supportive and respectful environment.

Required profile

• Certified as a Nursing Assistant by the Department of Health within four months of hire.
• Previous experience in a nursing facility is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to resident needs promptly.
