Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Home Health Care

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate in‑home care for clients in the Central Delaware area. You will join a supportive team where your contributions are valued and respected.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Perform vital sign checks, range‑of‑motion exercises, and oral feeding.
• Offer medication assistance and monitor client health status.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of work experience in a caregiving role.
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of CNA training.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the board.
• Reliable transportation and a commitment to helping others.
