About the role
Join BAYADA’s Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware as a Physical Therapist. You will provide flexible, community‑based therapy to children in natural settings while supporting families.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with families using a coaching‑based interaction style.
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
- Deliver therapy in homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and other natural environments.
- Document each visit electronically and complete weekly scheduled visits.
Required profile
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
- Birth‑to‑Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
- Passion for family‑centered, community‑based care.
