About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide nursing support in multiple group home locations across Delaware. The role offers flexible scheduling options, including day, evening, and overnight shifts, on a part‑time or full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

Deliver one‑on‑one care to residents in group home settings.
Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to assist with resident care plans.
Utilize Statewise electronic charting for accurate documentation.

Required profile

Current valid LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
CPR certification in good standing.

Required skills

Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
Ability to provide bedside nursing care and support.
