About the role
The Arbor Company's luxurious assisted living community in Marietta, GA is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) / Certified Medical Assistant to join the care team on a full‑time 3 pm‑11 pm shift with rotating weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents with medications, treatments, and health monitoring.
- Communicate changes and updates on resident conditions to the care team.
- Coach and lead other care department team members during the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification is required.
Required skills
- Medication administration and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
