CEO & Executive Leadership Coach

About the role

Fulchester Consultants is seeking a seasoned CEO or senior business leader to join as a full‑time, remote Executive Leadership Coach. In this position you will partner with CEOs, business owners, and leadership teams of high‑growth companies, helping them refine strategy, improve operational performance, and accelerate international expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor and coach to CEOs, guiding them through complex business challenges.
• Provide business coaching to senior executives to align on strategic objectives and boost team collaboration.
• Oversee high‑priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and obstacles are addressed.
• Support partnered businesses in strategic planning, operations management, and investor relations.
• Facilitate communication between executive teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in senior leadership, operations, or project management.
• Proven track record of driving organizational growth and leading professional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with high business acumen and the ability to translate vision into actionable steps.
