Catering Bartender for Private Events

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a part‑time Catering Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at private events, weddings, and corporate functions at The Albion Summit.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet bar(s) with alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware and supplies according to event specifications.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks following recipes and portion controls.
• Verify guest age, monitor consumption and enforce responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization before, during and after events.
• Process drink tickets, cash or hosted bar transactions accurately.
• Break down and store bar equipment and leftover inventory after each event.
• Communicate with banquet staff, servers and management to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum legal drinking age for the state.
• Previous high‑volume or banquet bartending experience (at least two years preferred).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 30–50 lb.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, classic drinks, beer and wine.
• Familiarity with current drink trends.
• Alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred.
