Casual Access Control Officer

About the role

Amentum is seeking a Casual Access Control Officer in the Williamsburg area of Virginia. The Access Control Officer uses several methods to ensure the security, safety and integrity of personnel, facilities and activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process official and unofficial base visitors in line with base regulations on access eligibility
• Process visitors through the appropriate sponsor databases and issue badges reflecting their visitor level
• Assign security escort personnel as required while on base
• Ensure uncleared contractor personnel comply with base security requirements
• Complete data forms on time and verify that they have been approved for base access
• Monitor compliance with base rules and regulations, and deny access to visitors who do not meet access requirements
• Provide security-related administrative processing support and paperwork

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED
• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph at time of application
• US citizen
• Valid driver's license
