Cardiac Monitoring Technician

About the role

As a Clinical Monitoring Technician you will analyze ECG data, generate reports and support patient care using Philips’ wireless and Holter ECG solutions. The position includes a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for candidates with the required certification and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and process incoming ECG transmissions using Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) software.
• Identify irregular cardiac rhythms, flag questionable cases and escalate to senior technicians or clinical staff.
• Review ECG recordings, correlate findings with patient symptoms and document observations for clinical evaluation.
• Maintain strict quality‑assurance standards for all ECG data and reports.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or vocational education; active CRAT or CCT certification (or obtain within 180 days), RN license, or licensed Paramedic with current ACLS.
• At least 1 year of ECG rhythm interpretation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities; able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills
