CapEx Construction Manager – Multifamily & Senior Living

About the role

Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) is seeking a CapEx Construction Manager to lead capital improvement projects across its multifamily and senior‑living portfolio in Texas and Oklahoma. The role will oversee projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met while enhancing resident experience and asset performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of capital improvement projects, including exterior renovations, unit upgrades, roofing, paving, amenities, mechanical systems, building improvements and life‑safety initiatives.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules and bid packages; solicit bids, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts and recommend vendor selections.
• Oversee contractors, consultants and vendors on‑site to ensure safe, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide field oversight throughout execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, change orders and cost controls across multiple active projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations teams, property management and vendors to prioritize projects and align with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing capital improvement projects in multifamily and senior‑living environments.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with leadership, operations, property management and external vendors.
• Full‑time availability with willingness to travel throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
