Capability Leader - AI & Digital

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Capability Leader - AI & Digital to join its Global Learning team in New York, on a hybrid basis with at least three days a week in the office. As the AI Learning & Enablement Lead, you will be the enterprise's strategist and subject matter expert driving education and workforce development in artificial intelligence, reporting to the Global Learning Leader within the People Experience function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Marsh's enterprise-wide AI learning strategy and champion AI literacy through training, awareness and skill-building programs.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI learning with strategic priorities, and embed learning into the flow of work.
• Develop persona-based, human-centered learning approaches and scalable, high-quality training content.
• Help leaders guide their teams in the AI era, and build the AI Learning Network to drive adoption and peer learning.
• Define and track analytics to measure adoption, ROI and business impact, and report progress to stakeholders including executives.
• Cultivate relationships with training leads and partners across People Function, Operations and Technology, and ensure programs comply with standards and policies.

Required profile

• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management or related roles.
• Proven success leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ideally focused on AI or emerging technologies.
• Experience in adult learning principles, instructional design and compliance standards.
• Comfortable working under pressure with a bias for action, and able to influence without formal authority.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience in product management, UX/design or software engineering, ideally building AI/ML-enabled products, platforms or tooling.
• Ability to partner with technical teams and turn product and engineering constraints into practical, scalable learning solutions.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $135,000 to $271,000, depending on experience, skills, location and other factors.
