About the role

The Canvass Manager leads a door‑to‑door marketing team to generate leads and boost local awareness for Mad City Windows & Baths. This role combines team leadership with hands‑on canvassing to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of door‑to‑door marketers.
  • Recruit, staff, train, and coach team members.
  • Attend weekly management meetings and provide performance reporting.
  • Track ROI metrics to meet or exceed business objectives.

Required profile

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in face‑to‑face marketing or lead generation.
  • Experience building and recruiting high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily and work outdoors in varying weather.
