Campus & Community Resource Manager

About the role

The Campus & Community Resource Manager supports student wellbeing by linking students to essential university and community services. Reporting to senior student affairs leadership, the manager creates a supportive environment that addresses basic needs, disability accommodations, and overall quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Accommodations & Community Access Coordinator.
• Review and assess accommodation requests under Section 504 and the ADA.
• Inform students of their rights, resources, and options.
• Maintain and update web pages and resource guides.
• Prepare and manage service contracts.
• Facilitate student access to legal, medical, financial, health, and educational services.
• Oversee campus pantry and financial‑literacy initiatives.
• Liaise with agencies for pregnant, parenting, and foster‑care students.
• Establish case files, track support requests, and refer students to internal and external services.

Required profile

• Experience supervising staff in a student‑services or similar environment.
• Knowledge of Section 504, ADA, and higher‑education disability regulations.
• Strong understanding of student basic‑needs challenges such as homelessness, food insecurity, and legal issues.
• Ability to collaborate with university offices, community partners, and state agencies.

• Contract administration and record‑keeping.
• Effective communication of policies and resources.
