Bwise Internship – Risk Management Platform

About the role

The Bwise Intern will support the BWise Team’s risk management solutions within the Federal Reserve System, engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to enhance platform functionality and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the quality/compliance self‑testing program to ensure robust processes.
• Develop and execute test scripts across the BWise platform.
• Handle customer intake requests and meet service level agreements.
• Assist with onboarding new customers, including product demos and project artifact maintenance.
• Support governance processes, action‑item tracking, and information security documentation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business or Information Technology with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• At least one semester remaining before graduation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access or similar data‑access tools.
