Busser / Food Runner (Part‑Time)

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic Busser / Food Runner team members to support guest dining experiences across its upscale venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This part‑time position involves delivering food and beverage orders promptly and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to tables accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist servers to ensure guests receive prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspaces, stock service areas, and uphold dining ambiance.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience as a food runner or busser in a fine‑dining or high‑volume setting.
• Personable demeanor with strong guest‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask, think quickly, and work both independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• High standards for cleanliness and workspace hygiene.
• Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand for long periods, and navigate stairs.
