About the role
SD Worx is seeking a Business Unit Director for its LOGA division. This senior, operationally focused position leads the strategic and day‑to‑day performance of a modern HR‑solutions provider, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, client expectations, employee satisfaction and financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the strategic and operational performance of the LOGA business unit.
- Manage resources, processes and teams to meet company objectives.
- Align service delivery with customer expectations and employee experience.
- Monitor and achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in an HR or payroll services environment.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams toward shared goals.
