Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash Process

About the role

NetApp is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst in San Jose, CA, to partner with Business Process Architects, Business Analysts and business stakeholders on the applications roadmap, functional design and solution delivery for Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Global Trade Compliance, Logistics and Supply Chain processes. The analyst leads functional ownership of requirements, design, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Operations and Global Trade Compliance.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, document business processes and define functional specifications with stakeholders.
• Analyze and configure ERP Cloud solutions covering Order Management, Fulfillment, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, Customer Master Data and O2C processes.
• Perform gap analysis, validate solutions, support functional configuration and testing, coordinate UAT and support deployment.
• Work with technical teams on integrations, reporting, enhancements and enterprise solution designs.
• Drive process automation, continuous improvement, training, change management and user adoption programs.

Required profile

• 12-14 years of information technology experience, with significant experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Order Fulfillment and ERP Cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field; 12-14 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of stakeholder management and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion Order Management or similar ERP Cloud platforms.
• BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories and test documentation.
• Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• API and enterprise system integration knowledge.
