About the role

The Business Systems Analyst 3 supports the School/College/Hospital by collecting data, analyzing systems, and recommending improvements to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and triage application issues; maintain support documentation and perform system maintenance.
  • Provide training for internal users and monitor system availability in partnership with administrators.
  • Develop detailed action plans, flowcharts, time and cost estimates, and conduct research on best‑practice models.
  • Apply industrial and management engineering techniques to redesign processes, optimize resources, and improve productivity.
  • Create formal presentations that summarize data, methodology, results, and cost‑benefit recommendations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and adapt to changing priorities.
