AI Performance Manager

About the role

The AI Performance Manager maximizes the effectiveness, adoption, governance, and business value of artificial intelligence solutions across the University of Miami. This role bridges business leaders, HR, IT, data teams, and end users to ensure AI improves productivity, employee experience, operational efficiency, and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise AI performance metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards to track productivity gains, adoption rates, cost savings, and quality improvements.
• Monitor AI solution effectiveness, conduct impact assessments, and provide recommendations for continuous optimization and risk mitigation.
• Lead AI governance, ethical compliance, change‑management initiatives, and workforce capability‑building programs, partnering with legal, compliance, learning & development, and business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
