About the role

The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Ambulatory Services seeks a full‑time Business Process & Operations Analyst to support system‑wide operational initiatives through data analytics, project management, and executive communications.

Key responsibilities

Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining to generate insights for operational improvements.
Create dashboards, infographics, reports and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI and Slicer Dicer.
Document business requirements, develop process maps, flowcharts and project plans, and support cross‑functional implementation.
Produce executive‑level presentations and communications, and facilitate training on new processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics or process improvement.
Strong learning agility, teamwork and communication skills.
