Business Supply Chain Senior Manager

About the role

As a Business Supply Chain Senior Manager at 3M, you will translate business objectives into enterprise supply chain requirements and develop end‑to‑end operational plans. You will collaborate with global teams across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery to drive service, quality, cost and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans that align with division and enterprise supply chain functions.
• Lead improvement projects across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver to enhance performance.
• Partner with technical leaders on new product introductions, scale‑up and launch.
• Manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence in collaboration with supply chain resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least five years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Three years of experience working in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience in supervisory roles and managing P&L is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong communication and change management abilities.
• Business acumen with financial decision‑making capability.
• Experience with new product development, scale‑up and launch.
• Background in film‑based manufacturing processes is a plus.
