Business Product Manager - Territory & Roster Management

About the role

Roche's Data, Digital and Analytics team is looking for a Business Product Manager for Territory and Roster Management products, part of the CRM Product Suite within Genentech's Commercial, Medical and Government Affairs (CMG) organization. You will own product strategy, roadmap, execution and operational oversight, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering execution. Technical build is handled by the Roche Digital Technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for Territory and Roster Management products with the CRM Suite Business Product Owner
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with Technical Product Managers and prioritize enhancements for downstream product needs
• Lead quarterly territory alignment and roster member talent flow health reviews and oversee related datasets, ensuring data quality and integration
• Develop ad-hoc reporting and lead business process design, UAT and change management to drive adoption
• Advocate for the product suite's value to executive stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Analytics or a related field
• 5+ years of product management experience, including a Product Manager or Product Owner role
• Prior experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare or a highly regulated environment leading enterprise life sciences CRM platforms and Territory Design (e.g. Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce)
• Experience with product enablement, training, adoption and change programs, and with adoption and business-value KPIs

• Agile and Waterfall methodologies, functional requirements, process modeling, UAT and organizational change management
• Jira and Confluence

What we offer

• Salary range of $140,300 to $260,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
• Discretionary annual bonus
• Hybrid schedule of three days per week on the Genentech campus in South San Francisco
