About the role

The Business Operations Manager will lead Operating Room business operations at Indian River Hospital, overseeing data, analytics, and capacity planning to support patient care and safety.

Key responsibilities

Manage surgical volume data, capacity metrics, and business analytics for the OR.
Train and mentor management staff to strengthen their business management capabilities.
Collaborate with the Director of the OR, Finance, Supply Chain, and nursing leaders on operational initiatives.
Support finance and business analysis, including budget preparation and financial performance benchmarking.
Oversee supply‑chain processes such as purchase‑order creation and invoice review.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree with six years of operational experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to develop business plans, integrate new acquisitions, and support strategic objectives.

Required skills

Financial analysis and budgeting.
Data reporting and business analytics.
